Signal Cable 2300 FB 30/60 is a halogen-free, collectively shielded, paired signal cable with fire resistant properties. The cable is used as a signal cable and telephone cable, and is specifically designed for parts of fire alarm and evacuation alarm systems, instrumentation and security systems, which require 30 or 60 minutes of function retention. The cable can also be used in intercom systems and areas that are susceptible to EMC interference. The cable is suitable for permanent installation in building installations, industrial installations, sustainable and renewable energy installations, telecommunication, and data centres.
The twisted pair construction of the cable prevents cross-talk between the pairs. The cable is also easy to process and install, which saves the installer time. The cable is halogen-free and limits damage caused by smoke and gases in case of fire.
The constructions with 0,8 mm conductors are designed in voltage class 50V.
